Erika Lafond

Head of Transformation

As Head of Transformation at RSCS, Erika Lafond spearheads the company’s next-generation distribution and supply chain transformation initiatives. With significant scope, complexity, and impact across the enterprise, she ensures initiatives deliver future fitness with pace and rhythm.

Erika joined RSCS from PepsiCo North American Beverages (PBNA) with a solid background in supply chain, business transformation, and network strategy.  Highlights from her 22-year tenure at PepsiCo include the technological and business overhaul of the traditional supply chain planning system, company-wide deployment of the SAP Business Planning suite and the design and implementation of comprehensive network, functional, and technical solutions for field operations planning. Commercially, Erika introduced new products, brands, and cutting-edge packaging technologies and was instrumental in long-term capacity planning and the optimization of manufacturing, supply chain planning, and logistics across all sites. Erika took on the role of Plant Director at various production and warehouse facilities, and previously served as a Software Consultant at I2 (Oracle JDA) and held several engineering positions at Celestica.

A native of Canada, Erika earned her BS in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, and a master’s in industrial engineering with a focus on Information Systems & Operations from the University of Toronto.
