Roger Larsh

Chief Procurement Officer

As Chief Procurement Officer, Larsh leads strategic sourcing, planning and execution for all food & packaging procurement, protein, commodity risk management, equipment & asset procurement, supplier diversity, and Member Programs. Larsh is an experienced global procurement and supply chain professional with deep and extensive knowledge of the food, CPG and Agriculture sectors.

Larsh joined RSCS in 2020 as Vice President of Procurement. Prior to joining RSCS, he held multiple supply chain leadership roles at the J.M. Smucker Company, in the areas of planning, sourcing, quality, shipping, warehousing, blending and risk management. Prior to Smucker’s he served as Leader of Strategic Sourcing for North America at Cargill, spearheading the overall sourcing framework, while championing innovation, spend and obsolescence reductions. Larsh also worked at Procter & Gamble and at Sara Lee.

Larsh earned his Bachelor of Arts from Anderson University in Management and Marketing.
